not sure how much it is, 300 egyptian pounds? leaves monday, have to book 2 days before.
is that right?

The ferry leaves still on monday afternoon from aswan and arrives wadi halfa after about 18 hours travel.
First class ticket is about 300 pounds giving acces in a cabin withour any blankets or washbassin. Also you have to pay a ticket for one lunch.
Second class is crowded and in the cold of deck but much cheaper.

ok, i took the ferry. this is the deal.
ticket is 307, exact change. you can get tickets on the day of (I did) but its way nicer to have them before. its extremely hectic fighting in the line and getting the ticket at the port.
port fee is 40.
stamp 2 pounds
total 349.
you can sleep on the deck under the stars. fantastic.
