Hello

I am looking to go to Egypt in early December this year and it's significantly cheaper to fly from the UK to Sharm-el-Sheikh and then fly with Egypt Air to Cairo, than to fly directly to Cairo. Does anybody have any experience of Egypt Air? Any good? Anyone think there's more risk of terrorism to/on an internal flight than an international flight to Cairo?

Also, I know that peak season is over the Winter, but how busy is peak? Feel free to measure it by number of selfie-sticks per square cm of, and intruding onto, the pictures I take.

Thanks

Jeremy

I flew Egyptair twice last December and my experience was positive. Nothing really stood out to me and it was a painless and short flight. I also flew into Sharm and it was a very nice airport.

I didn't now winter is peak season either cause when I went, most of the sights were pretty barren. Egypt's suffered greatly over the past couple of years from their revolution to the ongoing problems in the region. Most people are too scared to visit right now. Most of the temples Iw ent to, I had to myself sometimes.
