Hi
I'm off to Cairo in September and having browsed through all I have been able to find on the L.P. site and a few others I have come up with a list of three hostel/hotels that look reasonably good value (i.e. cheap) and have had good things written about them. They are:- King Tut Hostel; the Concorde and lastly the Garden City House Hotel. I have to be in Cairo for about ten days to a fortnight and then I have a free week or so to travel.
My question is, which of the three above would be most comfortable. most onvenient and moat pleasant to stay in ?
Any help you can give will, as always, be gratefully received, and any ideas of what to do with my final week or ten days would also be welcome.

I'm not familiar with those hotels, but if you're looking for something to do, I'd highly recommend Siwa as well as climbing Mt. Sinai for sunrise.
