Bar with a view in Alexandria

If you want to have a drink looking out over the water in Alex, try the Windsor Palace hotel, just a bit further along the Corniche from The Cecil. Great place for a beer (around 30LE, though sadly there was a city wide lack of tonic while I was there!).
