Please, just make it stop. I can't take any more.

Ok StopLookListen, you have riled me sufficiently that I will now do something fairly obnoxious and respond to your queries about my educational background. Apologies in advance to everyone else.
FYI I have a First Class honours degree in Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method and a Masters degree with Distinction in History of International Relations, both from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
I find your comments one sided, bigoted, and frankly uninteresting. Please stop them. I joined this forum to ask and answer questions about travel, not to have pseudo-intellectual "discussions" with halfwits like yourself. It pains me that I have allowed a moronic individual like you to irritate me so much, but I'm afraid I have. Every time I log into my emails I have half a dozen ranting posts from you. Please shut up. If you want to bash religion, go elsewhere.

Dear OP - Sananda - your country says United Arab Emirates. Is this where you are living at the moment or where you were born? From my personal experience of Egypt if you dealt with Jordan you will have no problem with Egypt. As in Jordan wear appropriate clothing and avoid eye contact unless you really do want to start up a conversation. As I asked IF you are in the UAE I can't understand why you need to ask these questions since you have already experienced the same level of public behaviour required. My trips to the Middle East (see the profile) have all been in northern hemisphere winter so being dressed in baggy clothing kept me warm. I wear a hijab not as a token but when I think it is appropriate and had great conversations with local women when I did. I was frequently invited to drink tea with local women because of this and I got more updated information on social issues which was great for my Islamic Studies program. In winter the hijab certainly keeps the head warm and reduces the impact of the blowing dirt and dust.

StopLookListen, I have to say you may be one of the most efficient troll around. Given the number of outraged response you received.
8/10.

Stoplooklisten, you say: -
"Golden Oldie, I agree this thread is getting a little tiring.. albeit for different reasons.
You are 'tired' as it means you don't have to answer awkward and uncomfortable questions. Quite convenient, tut tut tut!"
Given that neither you nor 'freespeech' have PMed me as I suggested [to ask legitimate questions, as 'awkard' or 'uncomfortable' as you wish] I can only assume you really don't have any.
Stay in your little bubble if you wish - it's no concern of mine what YOU think.

"I've been asking some hard questions well outside everyone's comfort zone."
- Not outside MINE. I just try to give you answers. Don't really care if you don't like them. ;-)
".... not cowering in it like you weakly try to level at me. "
Where?
Incidentally, I like your new tag line......

Quote

God damn it Strawberita I gave it my best shot and you give me a lousy 8/10.

wel... given that it even continues, I'd increase it to 9/10. One of my best troll rating so far. Congrats!
