Looking for two single rooms with a/c, ensuite with balcony. Not bothered if it is sea view or mountain view. All three are a must. Are most of the mountain views without balconies?

I had a seaview with ensuite and balcony at Jasmine pension.
One of the best things about staying there was that someone (who spoke German and was not staying at Jasmine) stole my sandals in the restaurant on the beach across from Jasmine but the staff of Jasmine got them back for me..............
