We want to go to Oddballs camp in December. Any information on this place?
We are looking at booking with Dumela Botswana as they have offered us the lowest rate,
They claim that the water levels are still high enough for us to do the mokoro in the Okavango.

Hi Adriantravis -

I am born and raised in Botswana. The delta is still beautiful this time of year, still enough water for mokoros and any activities like game walks. Remember to bring a rain coat because it is the rainy season and even though it doesn't rain every day, you can get rain anytime.

I have heard that Oddballs camp is a good place. I was born in the delta very close to Oddballs camp and it is a great place.

Sorry to hijack your topic but I have a related question...

We are also planning to spend some time in Oddballs camp and wonder how strenuous an experience it is? We're relatively fit but I'm not sure I want to 'bushwhack' for days on end. Does anyone have any comments?
