Driver In/Outside Gaborone

Cannot tell you about driver costs, but did want to point out that renting cars in Gaborone is cheap and easy. Avis, for example, has a car rental agency right at the airport. The roads and highways in Gaborone are excellent, easy to navigate and and rarely filled with any traffic. I myself have rented vehicles and driven all across Gaborone and also to areas within 50km of the city as well. Very, very, very easy to do and when compared to renting and driving in Europe or the USA, considerably cheaper as well.................

I drove up from Jo'burg & drove back again, having gone around Gaborone a few times in the few days I was staying there, I totally agree, you really don't need a driver unless you don't have a licence!!!
