Does anyone know how the Chobe river is around september? Is it worth going on houseboats that time of year?
It will probably be good. The animals will need to increasingly come to the river to drink as the hinterland dries up.
But less water in the river right?
The Zambesi is currently at triple its normal height for this time of year due to heavy rain.
No doubt there will be less water by September.
If you want to see animals, the less water the better.
