Winter workshops include scavenging for peas and preparing traditional pea soup (€19.50/16.50, including lunch).

Serious fish lovers will adore the hike to a traditional takkenfuik on the mudflats to learn how fish is traditionally caught, followed by a lesson in fish preparation and a meal (€67). Flang also has a couple of B&B rooms to rent above his kitchen-studio.
