Bistro in Texel

The bistro at Hotel De 14 Sterren occupies a 300-year-old slate-floored thatched-roofed timber barn, with tables set out on the grass in summer. Modern European dishes might include beetroot, walnut and crème fraiche quiche, cod with caramelised fennel, or Texel lamb with mint pesto. Live music plays on Sunday afternoons from June to late September.
