Bonnefantenmuseum

Maastricht

Maastricht's star gallery has an excellent collection of early European painting and sculpture on the 1st floor, but is best known for contemporary art, with works by Limburg artists displayed upstairs; accessed via a dramatic sweep of stairs. There are regularly changing exhibitions.

The gallery is in the Ceramique district east of the Maas.
