A former iron foundry now houses this cavernous canal-side restaurant near the Marine Museum and ferry terminal. Gourmet sandwiches such as smoked beef, egg and truffle mayo are served at lunch; dinner mains span beetroot-marinated lamb with candied garlic to oven-roasted sea bass with samphire pesto. You can just stop in for a beer, wine or cider.
