A dark-wood eatery close to Amsterdam's museum district, this evening-only French-influenced place offers meaty classics, such as snails in creamy garlic sauce, as well as more out-there choices, including guinea fowl breast with plum sauce. The tables on two levels tend to fill up when there's a show at the nearby Concertgebouw, and it's one of the few local places to serve food late.
