After pickup from your hotel in the early evening, you're transferred to the Vipassana meditation center at Wat Mahathat — one of 10 royal temples in Bangkok as well as the headquarters of Thailand's largest monastic order.You will be welcomed on arrival before your 2-hour meditation class begins. During the session, your instructor will familiarize you with typical meditation techniques that promote relaxation and build internal energy, or life force, meant to reinforce your well-being and a peaceful state of mind. Following this authentic Thai experience, your guide transports you back to your hotel.
