Teavapiti Pass

Diving in Ra'iatea & Taha'a

As in all passes in French Polynesia, a strong tidal current runs through Teavapiti Pass, providing food for the little guys at the bottom of the food chain, who, in turn, attract middle- and upper-chain critters. Expect grey, blacktip and whitetip sharks, plus trevallies, red snappers, Napoleon wrasses and, if you're lucky, manta rays.
