Korean-born Sherly is a whizz behind the stove and a terrific host at her cookery classes on Zürich's northern fringes. It's very hands on: whether you're preparing kimchi, marinating meat for a Korean-style barbecue or tasting cheese and cooking Swiss Cordon bleu (stuffed schnitzel). Classes are followed by sociable, intimate dinners, with recipes to take home.

Classes last approximately three hours. Sherly's Kitchen is a five-minute walk from Oerlikon station.
