Korean-born Sherly is a whiz behind the stove and a terrific host at her cookery classes on Zürich's southwestern fringes. It's very hands-on: whether you're preparing kimchi, marinating meat for a Korean-style barbecue, tasting cheese, making chocolate, or cooking Swiss cordon bleu (stuffed schnitzel). Classes are followed by sociable, intimate dinners, with recipes to take home.

Classes last approximately three hours. Sherly's Kitchen is a five-minute walk from Wollishofen station.
