The workshop takes place in a cute and charming cooking studio in Zurich, centrally located very close to the city center, easily accessible via street trams or the train. Class will be led by a baking expert, and you will learn about the history of the pastry desserts, and roll up their sleeves for a hands-on experience in the kitchen. Depending on the season and the duration of the recipe, you will make 2-3 types of Swiss traditional pastry desserts in a relaxing atmosphere. At the end of the class, you will taste your own delicious creations with coffee or tea. The activity will take 2-2.5 hrs depending on the class size.
