Hållö

Bohuslän

This small, rocky, windswept island is home to a historic lighthouse and a number of bird species. Its otherworldly landscape is great for photographers, as is the view coming to and from Smögen harbour on the ferry. There's a hostel where those who want to feel completely remote can stay the night. From Smögen harbour, the Hållö ferry leaves every half-hour or so from 9.30am in summer.
