Tour description provided by Viator

On this tour you will discover Sweden, Malmö, country-life as well as city life. You will enjoy great views and tasty local food. After being picked up in Copenhagen we cross the great Øresund Bridge and head out to the lush countryside.
The fields of Scania are among the most fertile in Europe and produce around half of Sweden's food despite being only 2% of the land area. At the first stop we will see lots of herbs, flowers and typical Swedish food and have the genuine ”Swedish 11-Fika”.Then we head to Malmö along the old road. We will make a stop at one of Europe´s biggest opencast, Kalkbrottet -  that was active from late 19th century until 1996. Today it is protected nature reserve with a lot of rare species of plants and animals. At lunch time we will visit a genuine place for Swedish food  all made from local produced ingredients. Perhaps it will be meet-balls or fried herring! Finally we head off to Malmö's great landmark; the iconic skyscraper Turning Torso, passing the footballer Zlatan´s former villa. We also take a walk inside Malmö’s new food court “Malmö Saluhall”.Here the tour will end and you have the choice to stay longer and get a train ticket from our guide back, so that you can return to Copenhagen when it suits you. For those of you that prefer to go straight back our guide will accompany you to the right platform at Malmö Central station.
