You'll eat well in Suriname, where the mixture of cultures ensures a wide variety of cuisines, including plenty of spicy Indian and Southeast Asian influence. Paramaribo has the country's best restaurants by far, and things are inevitably rather less exciting deep in the rainforest, but you'll be unlikely to have any complaints wherever you go.
