Our cookery class takes place at the village house where you will learn how to cook authentic Sri Lankan food that teaches by the village women in her kitchen.
The class will teach you how to prepare and add spices, different taste of them and you will get a chance to observe some natural plant that grows around her kitchen. The session start at 10.00 am and you will serve the prepared lunch in her dining room or under the tree by the kitchen at about 12.30pm. The desert will be the buffalo curd and trickle or tropical fruits that coming from the surrounded area.
