At the northern end of the village, the imposing 16th-century Iglesia de Santa María sits just across the road from a small medieval stone bridge. A free-standing tower, all that remains of the 12th-century Iglesia de San Miguel, is visible further up the valley and accessible via a trail that leads behind the church. In the town itself, the Plaza de la Constitución provides a rustic centrepiece to this quiet village.
