Festivals & Events

Vic has a packed festival calendar, especially in March and April when Easter processions and local food markets take centre stage.

Sleeping

Vic's hotel scene is fairly unexciting, but there's a handful of comfortable and welcoming budget and midrange options.

Eating

The lanes winding through Vic’s old town have a good selection of international eateries, from Catalan favourites to burgers and vegetarian food. Many close on Sunday and/or Monday. The most famous local delicacy is llonganissa sausage, a hand-stuffed club of cured pork.

Drinking & Nightlife

Vic’s university keeps the nightlife cheap and cheerful. Find bars on Plaça Major and in the old town.
