La Tintorera

Fusion in Úbeda

With a smallish bar area in black, white and silver, but also tables outside on the pedestrian street, La Tintorera turns out reasonably tasty combinations of classic andaluz ingredients, with a few imports. Try the revuelto de setas (scrambled eggs with wild mushrooms) with Parmentier potatoes, or the lomo de orza (pork) with papas a lo pobre (potato slices, peppers and onions).
