Some of Andalucía's most celebrated dishes come from this part of Cádiz, where sherry and almadraba tuna are stars. Sanlúcar is famous for its seafood, served along the Bajo de Guía strip. El Puerto has excellent tapas bars and seafood restaurants, plus the only three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Andalucía, Aponiente. Jerez hosts fantastic tapas bars, upmarket contemporary-Andalucian restaurants and atmospheric tabancos (taverns that serve sherry from the barrel).
