La Vermutera de Sevilla

in El Centro & El Arenal

Occupying a stylish and bijou pace previously home to sherry bar Palo Cortao, this spot run by foodie couple Luis and Miriam has a friendly neighbourhood feel, with just three tables. Try vermouths made from albariño and palomino (sherry) grapes, among others. Tapas include succulent smoked sardines, local goat’s cheese and mini-pintxos. Vegans will enjoy quinoa balls and spinach with chickpeas.
