This highly original, incredibly popular marketside eatery offers new dishes concocted daily from the market's offerings, with an emphasis on seafood. Inside is one long 12-seat table where they serve a daily changing menu for €30-plus: reservations are highly advisable. Outside are a few tables (not reservable) where they serve small- to medium-size individual dishes. Almost everything in both sections is delicious.
Across the street is their marginally more conventional dining room, Ghalpón (open 1.30 to 3.30pm Tuesday to Saturday, and 9 to 11pm Thursday to Saturday). Here you'll find half a dozen tables and a €35 five-course menu, with the option of four paired wines for €12. The seafood is generally fantastic, but no matter what's on offer, you're likely to love the great flavours and delicate presentation.
