The once famed Tragabuches restaurant has been replaced by the equally ambitious Bardal (with some staff crossover), where you’ll need to reserve ahead in order to enjoy the astounding 15- to 20-course menu, a whistle-stop tour through oyster stew, yellow-tomato gazpacho, frozen apple water, monkfish foie gras and other such uncommon dishes.
