Pamplona’s resident student population ensures a lively after-dark scene year-round. There’s a strong Basque vibe in the bars around Calle Carmen and Calle de la Calderería and up towards the cathedral. The area opposite the bullring on Paseo de Hemingway is also home to a few more bars and clubs.

Nightclubs

Larger nightclubs are found a walk or short taxi ride south and west of the old city centre, in the direction of the university. Doors at these places are usually open after 11pm Thursday to Saturday and the cover charge tends to be around €8 to €12, depending on the night.
