The most spectacular lodging option in town is set in a wing of Olite's restored medieval castle (though some rooms are in a newer extension). Part of the Parador chain and a national monument, this photogenic hotel, with its heavy wood furniture and gilt-framed prints (some also have balconies with views over the countryside), has plenty of atmosphere.
