Spanish in Medinaceli

El Aljibe varies a little from the Medinaceli norm with a bright, contemporary dining area and occasional subtle twists on traditional dishes – we especially enjoyed the secreto ibérico con miel y mostaza (Iberian pork steak with honey and mustard). The potaje de garbanzos con bacalao y espinacas (chickpea stew with cod and spinach) is fantastic on a cold winter's day.
