Named for a local flamenco singer, this tiled bar and restaurant is famed for its pescaitos fritos (fried fish) and typical local tapas, including wedges of crumbly Manchego cheese, the ideal accompaniment to a glass of hearty Rioja wine. The berenjenas con miel de caña (aubergine with molasses) are also good.
