Ibiza's airport, 7km southwest of Ibiza Town, receives direct flights from mainland Spanish cities and a host of UK and other European destinations.
Bus L10 (€3.50, every 20 to 30 minutes) runs from the airport to Ibiza Town's central port area via Platja d'en Bossa. Taxis cost around €18 from the airport to central Ibiza Town.
Most long-distance ferries use the new Estació Marítima de Botafoc, across the harbour from central Ibiza Town and its old Estació Marítima, and linked to the centre by frequent Barcas de Talamanca shuttle boats plus buses. Baleària has regular crossings to Palma de Mallorca (€44 to €60, 3½ to four hours).
The many Formentera-bound ferries have their own terminal, 400m north of central Ibiza Town.
