One of Gènova's best, hearty, traditional Mallorcan restaurants is Mesón Ca'n Pedro, famous for its frit mallorquí (a lamb, liver and vegetable hash) snails and pa amb oli (bread rubbed with oil, garlic and super-fresh tomato). Running since 1976, it's a local favourite, with a terrace that's packed with palmeros when it's warm.
