Michelin-starred Mallorcan chef Genestra runs this wonderful rural restaurant, attached to (but independent from) the Predi Son Jaumell hotel, and nestled among his own olive groves and vineyards. Shades of his experience at Mugaritz and El Bulli shine through his fixed-price menus, yet Mallorcan ingredients such as cocarroi (pastry) and local butifarra sausage are given due respect.
