Indulge perhaps in raviolis de pollo amb bacon i calabassó (chicken ravioli in a sauce of finely chopped bacon, courgette and other vegetables) followed by melt-in-the-mouth lluç amb pa amb tomàquet, carxofes i maionesa de peres (thick-cut hake on tomato-drenched bread, with artichoke slices and pear mayonnaise).
