Behind imposing wooden doors, this elegant restaurant with white-clothed tables and white-jacketed waiters has been serving seafood since 1903, and is now run by the fourth generation of owners. Freshly landed seafood stars in traditional dishes such as arròs caldòs (rice broth with squid and langoustines) and zarzuela (casserole with ground almonds, saffron, garlic, tomatoes, mussels, fish and white wine).
