Hi everyone, my name is Rudi! I’m originally from Austria, but I’ve been living and cooking in Barcelona for the last 8 years. My extensive travels and experience in a wide variety of kitchens (ranging from lively taverns to world class hotels across Europe) has given me a unique ability to combine textures and flavors. I build my Mediterranean inspired menu with seasonal and local ingredients, and always keep the ecological impact of my menu selections in mind. Every dish I serve is not only delicious and environmentally friendly, but is served in a beautiful presentation to make your experience as special as possible.I am hosting my events in a beautiful private venue, specially prepared for these occasions - not in my private home!
