Discover local gastronomy by visiting one of the most traditional cider houses in San Sebastián region, where you can get to know the txotx ritual in a unique environment.One of the autochthonous drinks par excellence is "cider". An alcoholic beverage that is obtained from the juice of fermented apple. This visit includes a tasting of the cider with the traditional style of "txotx", apple must and a liqueur. The initiation to the txotx is realized: way to take the glass, inclination to obtain a good "granillo" or "txinparta", visualization of the tone, meaning of the different colors and distinction of the aromas, etc. adn of course, a typical menu of cider houses.
