Depart from your hotel in Seoul then visit a town with the background of natural circumstance and Confucianist culture. Andong Hahoe Village, a UNESCO cultural heritage. The Hahoe Mask Dance Performance is shown by characters with humorous masks on such as a nobleman, a Buddhist monk, a bride, farmers, a cow slaughterer, and a sarcastic lad. Walking through the small alleys enclosed with short walls and various types of traditional houses, you will feel peace and stillness in this 600-year-old town. After Andong tour, we stay one night in Gyeongju The Commodore hotel or GG Tourist hotel.On day 2 we visit the capital of the Silla Kingdom, the longest surviving kingdom in the history of the peninsula, for almost 1000 years. As Buddhism played a crucial role in strengthening royal authority and unifying the people, it naturally made Gyeongju the home of the greatest Buddhist art treasures. The whole city is a UNESCO cultural heritage, let’s have an opportunity to feel relaxed and refreshed in this calming, peaceful old-fashioned city embraced by high royal tombs and historical relics. Today, we check-in at hotel in Busan Arban or Crown Harbor. On day 3 relaxing in Busan, you can choose to visit a unique temple Beomeosa temple or Haedong Yonggungsa temple. Beomeosa means temple of the Nirvana fish, it builds on the slopes of Geumjeong mountain. Haedong Yonggunsa temple means Dragon palace temple, it is one of the rarest temples in Korea and it’s near the coastlines!On day 4, visit the Haeinsa temple and Jeonju Hanok Village. The Haeinsa temple which has been appointed as a universal cultural heritage since 1995 for its many cultural properties and historical remains. This temple is located on Gaya mountain, the most complete collection of Buddhist texts, engraved on 80,000 woodblocks between 1237 and 1248. Before hotel check-in in JWyndham Jeonju Hotel or similar , let’s explore the Jeonju Hanok Village. There are over 800 Korean traditional Houses located in a district of narrow alleys. While the rest of the city has been industrialized, the Hanok village retains its historical charms and traditions. Last day of this private trip. Visit Dweeungbark village, it is not the Hanok village or folk village, it provides a magnificent view with a thousand jars full of the sauces. You will learn the Korean traditional sauce culture and making the Korean style Chili pepper sauce. Next stop is Suwon city, you can meet a UNESCO cultural heritage called Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. This castle was established in 1796 for a temporary palace by Jeong jo, 22nd king of Joseon dynasty. After a 5 days trip, back to Seoul continue your own itinerary.
