Out of sight in an alleyway, this is one of the best spots in town to try jokbal (braised pigs' trotters). Staff maintain a continuous cleaving of pig forelegs to keep up with diners gorging on collagen-rich pork slices wrapped in leaves with garlic and other condiments. Jokbal is said to pair perfectly with soju (local vodka), so don't hold back.
