One of Seoul's most acclaimed fried chicken eateries, Mirak serves three types: crispy, marinated and garlic-topped. Most popular is the garlic pan chicken: crunchy deliciousness glazed with sweet, half-roasted garlic and presented on a sizzling cast-iron pan (though the other two variations are just as good).
