Summer is the prime time to visit Boulders, as it is when you will see the most penguins in action. The beach is surrounded by ancient granite boulders which protect it from wind and large waves, making it an ideal swimming spot for kids. The beach is always clean and safe as it is a Marine Protected Area.
Hotel pickup: around 9:00amYou will head straight to Cape Point for an unforgettable morning observing the cliffs, lighthouses and hidden beaches of Cape Point.You can have an early lunch / coffee at the restaurant. (Approximately 3 hours)From there you will head to Boulder's Beach and get a chance to swim with the cute African Penguins in clear waters, or you can choose to just relax on the beach for a few hours. Remember to pack your swimming costume and towel if you wish to swim or catch a tan.You can make a stop or two (if time permits) along the way at any shops or restaurants you choose on route.The tour will come to an end at approximately 4:30pm, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
