Fugitive's Drift

KwaZulu-Natal

One of the less famous sites in the area, Fugitive’s Drift is best visited with a local guide. It's the route those attempting to flee the Battle of Isandlwana took. Two British soldiers were killed here while attempting to rescue the Queen’s Colours.
