Hello folks-
I am very interested in visiting Bani. I need to eventually go to Niamey and was wondering if it would be possible to cross into Niger from Dori/ that area. It would save me a trip back to Ouaga.

I would be taking public transportation.

Also can anyone comment on the safety that area? If crossing after Dori seems unstable than I'll just go back to Ouaga and take another bus.

Any info would be helpful!
Thanks!

Kruger Camping

Hellooo

I'll be traveling from Kosi Bay to Kruger between the 16th & 24th of May 2018 (flexible) and looking to share costs with anyone that's keen to join. Nelspruit would be a good place to collect people that's keen. I'll be camping and will be traveling in my own car and can accommodate up to 3.

Might be a long shot, but has anyone booked a 3 day 2 night tour from Fes to Marrakesh via the desert (Merzouga)
whilst in Fes as opposed to online in your own country. I'm wondering how doable this is and how successful it may have been.

Thanks

Hello. Cant find up to date info so here is my question :)

I will be in Morocco late July. I have a plan to get to Malaga from Chefchaouen in one day (taxi, ferry, bus) but I read somewhere that there can be big delays with immigration getting into Cueta. My questions are centred on that one worry. how long are these delays in 2018?

Would it be better to go the Tangier - Tarifa route (and I am assuming they do the immigration on the ferry) and then deal with bus from Tarifa to Malaga…

My wife and I are international travellers from the USA who have been done safaris in South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya, and will be heading for South Luangwa, Kafue, and Lower Zambezi this summer, and would like to know what LP travelers have found to be good budget or reasonably priced safari lodges to stay in in these parks, and about how much they paid per person per night.
