The fairytale lake does not freeze in the winter, because of the constant temperature throughout the year, which is about 6°C and is also a home to numerous endangered animal and plant species. There is also plenty of possibilities to do winter activities such as ZIP LINE (25€, weekends only), SNOW-SHOEING (50€) or SLEDDING (50€). If you don’t want to do winter activities, you can still admire the view over the Tamar Valley and cross-country stadium and try out the simulator of ski jumps.
