The Artisan Experience will take guests into the kitchens of Singapore's food heroes. Like a food tour on steroids, we not only eat and learn about the local food scene but we get a chance to have a go at making some of our own dishes. We'll meet local chefs and have a chance to hear their stories. We'll learn different methods of cooking and get opportunities to try them out for ourselves. This experience has been put together to champion the food artisans of Singapore and to keep their methods alive for generations to come.
