This tour has a walking part in the city's historic center followed by a minibus ride part, that covers both Old and New Belgrade, with photo stops and a visit to the second largest Eastern Orthodox church in the world. With its optimized itinerary, the program delivers a high-quality experience of Belgrade and is the best for first-time visitors.  There are two visits during the tour: Belgrade Fortress The Temple of St.Sava
Your journey begins in the Student's Square lined with buildings of Belgrade University. Take a stroll in the city's oldest artery, pedestrian street of Knez Mihajlova (Prince Michael St.). Discover 2500 years of Belgrade Fortress' history in the place where the most distant past can be seen, and where Belgrade started as a human settlement very long time ago. It is the most logical spot to unfold the unusual and exciting story about Belgrade - the ' Crossroads of the Worlds'.  You'll enjoy superb views at the confluence of Sava and Danube rivers, New Belgrade and Zemun. Our high-quality transportation will pick you up at the Fortress, and the guided tour continues with the panoramic ride. See the 'Old Town' and pass by the Orthodox Cathedral and the Patriarchate of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Princess Ljubica's Residence and the famous Question mark '?' Inn, the oldest restaurant in the city, and the only one with such a strange name in the whole world. After crossing the bridge over the Sava river, you will see New Belgrade, entirely built after World War II, which is characterized by the numerous examples of brutalist architecture from the period of socialist Yugoslavia.Take a look at the luxurious end of Belgrade - the neighborhood of Dedinje, with residences of the president and prime minister, embassies and many private villas. Pass by the Memorial of Marshall Tito, Red Star soccer stadium and arrive at St Sava Cathedral, one of the largest religious objects in the world. Admire the stunning architecture and inner decoration of this still unfinished megastructure. After 30 min church visit, our journey will continue: Slavija Roundabout, Kneza Miloša Street (with some damages from the recent conflicts still visible), National Assembly, City Council ('Old Court'), Terazije. The tour ends where it started: at the Student's Square.
