This place is all about new Russian cuisine. It uses only local and regional ingredients (partly from their own farm in Moscow region) for preparing traditional recipes in an innovative way in the open kitchen. Menu highlights include sturgeon with black couscous blanched in spinach butter, Far East scallops with coconut cream and carrot marmalade, borsch baked in the oven with smoked sour cream, Murmansk halibut with celery mousse and mullet caviar and more. The portions are generous.
The drinks list has classic European and Russian wines and traditional Russian drinks – homemade tinctures, vodka and medovukha (honey beer).
